My stay at the hotel was fantastic overall. The rooms were so clean and comfortable, and I liked that they were well-appointed and a good size for a ski resort. Although the staff could be a bit rude at times, they were efficient, and I found the bed comfy with plenty of storage. I also appreciated the quirky touch in the room.

The service was top-notch. The staff were really helpful and attentive. Pierre Yves and the rest of the team went above and beyond to assist all clients, providing tailored advice and exhibiting a rare and amazing attitude, especially in a skiing environment.

The dining experience was excellent. I particularly liked the massive boot room with lockers big enough for all your gear, and the convenience of having a bar in the boot room for a quick drink when heading to or returning from the slopes. It added a nice touch to the overall experience.
